A Academia de Televisão dos EUA divulgou nesta quarta-feira (17) a lista de indicados ao Emmy 2024, que acontece em setembro deste ano. Favoritos como O Urso, Xógum: A Gloriosa Saga do Japão, Sr. e Sra. Smith, Fallout e The Crown estão presentes em várias categorias. Veja o listão abaixo, e assista à apresentação ao vivo.

LISTA: 10 Melhores Séries de 2024 (até agora)

As indicações levam em conta séries lançadas entre junho de 2023 e maio de 2024. O Urso, por exemplo, está competindo por sua segunda temporada, e não a recém-lançada terceira temporada.

Emmy 2024: Xógum e O Urso lideram séries mais indicadas; veja ranking

O Emmy 2024 agendado para acontecer em 15 de setembro, a partir das 21h (Brasília), no Peacock Theater em Los Angeles. No Brasil, ele será transmitido ao vivo pela Max. Esta será a segunda edição da premiação realizada em 2024 já que houve uma em janeiro deste ano.

A explicação para dessa repetição está nas greve dos atores e roteiristas de Hollywood, que pararam a indústria por meses em 2023. Quando as negociações travaram e os protestos continuaram, a organização decidiu adiar a premiação de 2023 para janeiro de 2024, já que na data original de setembro de 2023, não seria possível contar com os roteiristas, que escrevem o roteiro da cerimônia e os discursos dos apresentadores, além é claro, serem indicado a prêmios, e nem com presença dos grandes astros da TV. Os termos de paralisação da greve colocam a participação em grandes eventos como parte do trabalho, o que estaria proibido durante os “strikes”.
